If you choose your own account
The LINE account belongs to you, so LINE charges you for its messaging plan directly, roughly ฿1,400 to ฿1,900 a month in Thailand and NT$800 to NT$1,200 in Taiwan, separately from the WorkCo fee, and we take 15% off the WorkCo fee. What LINE charges depends on how many messages go out each month. Tell us your team size and we will estimate it for you before you decide.
The upside is that you genuinely own it. You are not renting space in our account. You can use that OA for your own customer marketing, or as an HR channel to your team, and your staff already follow it through WorkCo. If you ever stop using WorkCo, the account and its followers stay with you.

Pricing questions, answered
Is WorkCo free?
Yes, genuinely, while the account has up to 15 staff, counted across the whole group, the parent and every branch together, not per branch. The free plan covers scheduling, check-in and leave, needs no card, and we pay for every LINE message. Payroll, Tasks and Break are on the paid plans. The rule is the same in Thailand and Taiwan.
What happens when I pass 15 staff, or open a fifth location?
We get in touch and move you to a paid plan. Nothing is switched off automatically, no account is suspended, and there is no countdown. The same account, staff, schedules and history carry on, and nothing is set up again.
How does per-location pricing work?
A location is a place staff check in at, counted across every branch: one branch with 1 location plus a new branch with 2 is 3 locations. Each location is ฿1,500 a month in Thailand, or NT$1,900 in Taiwan, and includes 15 staff. The allowance is shared across all your locations, so 3 locations cover 45 staff wherever they work. Every extra 15 staff counts as one more location: 3 locations with 50 staff count as 4, which is ฿6,000 a month in Thailand or NT$7,600 in Taiwan.
Can WorkCo run on my own LINE account?
Yes, on any paid plan. Staff see your logo, your name and your rich menu, we take 15% off the WorkCo price, and you pay LINE for its messaging plan directly: about ฿1,400 to ฿1,900 a month in Thailand, about NT$800 to NT$1,200 in Taiwan. Setting it up carries a one-time fee, agreed with you after a short scope call.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on the WorkCo LINE account: you open it yourself and we cover the messages. Only moving onto your own branded LINE account carries a one-time setup fee, agreed with you after a scope call.
I already use WorkCo. Does my price change?
If you signed up before 14 October 2026, nothing changes for you. If you need anything, contact us.
Can I switch plans, or cancel?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. If you move to a smaller plan, whatever you have paid but not yet used comes off the next bill as credit. You can also cancel yourself whenever you like. We do not offer refunds, but you start on the free plan with no card, so you get to use it properly before you decide.
Are Thailand and Taiwan priced differently?
The rules are the same in both; only the currency differs. Each location is ฿1,500 a month in Thailand and NT$1,900 in Taiwan, and the free plan is up to 15 staff in both countries.
