      The free plan, on the WorkCo account

      The free plan runs on the WorkCo LINE account and we cover every message it sends, so no LINE bill ever reaches you. That is why the free line is drawn at headcount: the messaging cost we absorb grows with people, not with shops.

      Plans on your own account

      The LINE account belongs to you, so LINE charges you for its messaging plan directly, roughly ฿1,400 to ฿1,900 a month, separately from the WorkCo fee. What it costs depends on how many messages go out each month. Tell us your team size and we will estimate it for you before you decide.

      The upside is that you genuinely own it. You are not renting space in our account. You can use that OA for your own customer marketing, or as an HR channel to your team, and your staff already follow it through WorkCo. If you ever stop using WorkCo, the account and its followers stay with you.

      Pricing questions, answered

      Is WorkCo free?
      Yes, genuinely, while the account has up to 20 employees, counted across the whole group, the parent and every branch together, not per branch. The free plan has no limit on locations, needs no card, and we pay for every LINE message. The same rule applies in Thailand and in Taiwan. Once you pass 20 employees, or reach five locations, you move to your own OA: ฿1,500 per location per month in Thailand, NT$1,900 per location per month in Taiwan, with no setup fee.
      What happens when I pass 20 employees, or open a fifth location?
      We get in touch and move you across. Nothing is switched off automatically, no account is suspended, and there is no countdown. Moving to your own OA keeps everything. The same account, the same staff, the same schedules and the same history come with you. We move it for you, and nothing is set up again.
      I signed up during Early Access. Do I pay now?
      No. Early Access closes on 1 September 2026. Anyone who signs up on or before that date keeps the promise we made: free until Q2 2027, even above 20 employees or five locations. The prices on this page apply to accounts opened after that.
      Is there a setup fee?
      No. There used to be a one-time setup fee on the own-OA plan. It is withdrawn. Setting up the LINE account, designing the rich menu around your brand, connecting the system and taking it live are all part of the monthly price now.
      What do I get on my own OA?
      Staff open it to your logo, your name and your rich menu, not ours. You get every feature, including Tasks and Break, unlimited staff and unlimited managers, and you genuinely own the account, so you can use it for customer marketing or as an HR channel. The trade is LINE's own messaging plan, about ฿1,400 to ฿1,900 a month, which you pay LINE directly.
      Does hiring raise my bill?
      On your own OA, never. It is priced by location alone, so 20 staff and 200 staff cost the same. On the free plan the twentieth hire is the point where you move to your own OA, and we get in touch and move you across.
      Can I switch plans, or cancel?
      Yes, you can change plans at any time. If you move to a smaller plan, whatever you have paid but not yet used comes off the next bill as credit. You can also cancel yourself whenever you like. We do not offer refunds, but you start on the free plan with no card, so you get to use it properly before you decide.
      How is Taiwan priced?
      The same rule as Thailand. Free while the account has up to 20 employees group-wide, with no limit on locations. Past 20 employees, or from five locations, it is your own OA at NT$1,900 per location per month, or NT$19,000 per location per year, with no setup fee.
