WHO IT IS FOR
Businesses whose people are not at a desk
If you have to answer the question who is working tomorrow, every week, for every branch, you are the person this was built for.
- Supermarkets and convenience stores: opening, closing and the busy block in between
- Multi-branch retail, where each shop schedules itself
- Restaurant and cafe chains, where the kitchen and the floor run different shifts
- Hospitals, clinics and wellness, with rotas and qualified roles
- Cleaning and security companies, whose people are posted to different sites
TODAY
Most teams still build the week in Excel, and it works, up to a point
We are not going to tell you Excel is bad. It is free, it is flexible, and you control all of it. One shop with six people, Excel beats every piece of software.
Where it stops working is the sending. The file gets screenshotted into a LINE group, one change means sending it again, and nobody is sure which picture they are looking at. Then at month end nobody can say who was late, because the file records who was supposed to come in, not who actually did.
And the software people try and then abandon usually is not short of features. It is that it assumes everybody works the same hours. Meeting the shifts your shop actually runs, it has to be bent into shape, and the person bending it is you.
THE FIT
Designed around how you already build the week
This is what we mean when we say we started at the roster.
- Tap to assign, copy last week and edit only what changed
- More than one shift type in a day: morning, afternoon, night, and shifts that cross midnight
- One person can cover more than one role, and each role has its own people
- Each branch carries its own shifts and settings, and you switch branch with one tap
- Daily, weekly or monthly views, on a computer or on the phone
- Edit and re-send: the change goes into the LINE of the people it affects
- Staff join by link or QR code using the LINE account they already have
- Build the week on a computer if you prefer: it opens in any browser, signed in with LINE Login
- Head office sees labour cost across every branch as the month runs, with the projected close and the liability in unused leave
AFTER THE SCHEDULE
The roster is where every number after it comes from
Because we start at the roster, everything after it is tied to each person's actual shift. A check-in is measured against the shift they were given, leave comes off their own balance, and payroll is calculated from the hours that actually happened, not the hours that were planned.
Attendance, leave and payroll have their own page.
