HOW IT WORKS
Requested in LINE, approved in LINE, done in LINE
The employee opens WorkCo from LINE, picks the leave type, picks the dates, adds a short reason and sends it. The remaining balance for that type is shown before sending, so nobody asks for more than they have without knowing.
The request lands in the manager's pending list in WorkCo, with a notification in the app. The manager opens it and taps approve or decline, and the employee gets the answer as a card in LINE.
- Every new request appears in the manager's pending list and in-app notifications
- Approve or decline in one tap
- Staff see their own request status and balance any time
ON THE SCHEDULE
Once approved, the leave is on the schedule at once
The trouble with a paper form is not the asking, it is building next week's schedule and forgetting that someone is away. In WorkCo an approved leave day appears on that day's schedule by itself, so when you build the week you see straight away who is not there.
And because leave sits on the same data as check-in and payroll, a sick day or a personal day reaches the payslip without being typed again.
BALANCES
Remaining balances, counted for you all year
Each person has their own entitlement from their contract: annual, sick, personal, maternity and other. Every approval is deducted from that type at once, and employee and manager see the same number.
If your business has its own leave types, ordination leave for example, you can add them on a paid plan.
- Annual, sick, personal, maternity and other
- Balance shown before the request is sent
- Company-specific leave types on a paid plan
FOR THE MANAGER
The manager sees the whole branch, not one form at a time
Every request is on one page, in three tabs: waiting, add leave for someone, and history. If the day requested already has a check-in on it, the system warns before you approve. Managers open it in LINE or on a computer.
For a chain, each branch manager approves their own branch, and the owner switches between branches in one tap.
