- "Content" - Any data, text, or information entered into WorkCo by users.
2. Service Description
WorkCo is a staff scheduling application that runs as a LINE mini app (LIFF). It allows business owners and managers to create work schedules, manage employees, track attendance via GPS check-in, and send schedule notifications via LINE. The Service is accessible through the LINE application.
3. Account and Registration
- To use WorkCo, you must have a LINE account and log in via LINE Login.
- By logging in, you authorize WorkCo to access your LINE profile information (display name, profile picture, user ID).
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business and employees.
- Business owners are responsible for ensuring they have the right to enter employee information into WorkCo and for informing their employees about the use of WorkCo in accordance with the PDPA.
4. Plans and Pricing
- Free plan: An account may use the free plan free of charge for as long as it has up to 15 employees, counted across the whole group, meaning the parent business and every branch together, not per branch. The free plan covers scheduling, check-in and leave. It does not include Payroll, Tasks or Break, and no credit card is required.
- Paid Plans: An account moves to a paid plan when it passes 15 employees, counted across the whole group, or reaches five or more locations. When you pass either of these we get in touch and move you to a paid plan, and no account is suspended automatically. Nothing is switched off, and the same account, the same staff, the same schedules and the same history carry on, with nothing set up again. The per-location plan is charged per location, where a location is a place staff check in at, counted across every branch. Each location includes 15 employees, shared across all locations, and every further 15 employees counts as one more location. The per-location plan covers 1 to 9 locations, includes every feature, including Payroll, Tasks and Break, and has no setup fee. An account with 10 or more locations is on the enterprise plan, priced case by case. The prices in force at any time are those published on the pricing page of this website.
- Your own LINE account: On any paid plan, you may choose to run WorkCo on your own branded LINE Official Account. In that case we take 15% off the WorkCo price, under the same employee rules, you pay LINE for its messaging plan directly, and setting it up carries a one-time fee, agreed with you after a scope call.
- Changing plan size: Fees follow the actual number of locations and employees on the account. If the account becomes smaller and the fee decreases, the value of the period already paid for but not yet used is applied as a credit against the next invoice. It is not refunded in cash.
- Cancellation and refunds: You may cancel your plan yourself. Fees already paid are not refundable in cash, including annual payments, and any unused credit is forfeited on cancellation, unless required otherwise by Thai consumer protection law.
- Taiwan: Accounts in Taiwan follow the same plans and rules as above; only the currency differs. In Taiwan the per-location plan is NT$1,900 per location per month, and payroll is part of the paid plans.
- We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing in the future. We will notify existing users at least 30 days before any pricing change takes effect.
5. Acceptable Use
