The Reports tab

Who turned up, for how many hours, how often late, and how much leave is left. The same numbers payroll uses.

The pages

Two pages, which two depends on the country

  • Attendance: days, hours and lateness per person for the date range you choose. Every account has it.
  • Thailand: a Leave page with each person's days used and remaining, per type, by year, where you can also enter days used before WorkCo.
  • Taiwan: a 特休 annual-leave page with each person's start date, seniority and the balance that accrues under the law.
  • Field teams also get a Site Visits page.

Worth remembering

Only sent schedules count

A shift still in draft never appears as a worked day. If the numbers look lower than they should, the usual reason is an unsent schedule. Go back to the Schedule tab, tap Send, and the report catches up at once.

Attendance

Planned against actual, day by day

Pick the date range at the top; the default is the 1st of this month to today. Filter by branch or by person. Three totals sit above the list: Days Worked, Total Hours, Late. Each person is one row, and tapping it opens the day-by-day view.

Actual09:12 - 18:03

Leave and days off show as labels and add nothing to the hours.

Only sent schedules count. A shift still in draft never appears as a worked day. If the business is set to Check-in based calculation, the hours come from real check-in times instead.

Time corrections

Forgotten check-outs are closed for them, then they can ask for a fix

If someone forgets to check out, the app closes the shift for them 30 minutes after it ends, using the scheduled end time, and sends them a button to request the real time. A request inside the scheduled shift is approved automatically; one that claims extra time goes as a card to whoever you ticked as approvers in Settings.

You can approve in two places: tap that day in the Attendance report, or open Time corrections from the menu, which lists Waiting and Decided requests with the employee's reason.

Exporting

The buttons are at the foot of the Attendance report

  • CSV: opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with the daily detail and a per-person summary at the end.
  • PDF: a summary table and a detail table, stamped with the time it was made. The PDF is always in English.
  • Exports cover the whole selected range, not just the name you searched for. Inside LINE the share sheet opens so you can pass the file straight on.
  • The Leave and 特休 pages have no export button.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Why is there no money on the report?
On purpose. Reports show days and hours; money lives on the Payroll tab, which is calculated from these same hours.
Why does a shift I planned not show in the report?
Because it was not sent. Reports count only schedules you tapped Send on. Go back to the Schedule tab and send it.
Can a manager see reports?
Yes, with the Reports and contracts permission. Editing hours from inside the report also needs the Payroll edit permission.
