The Settings tab

The switches that decide how the app behaves for your business, grouped into topics. Each topic tells you what is switched on right now.

Six topics and a search box Every change saves on tap

How it works

A list of topics; tap one to open it

Settings opens on a list of topics. The grey line under each name tells you what is on now, for example Check-in on, hours from check-ins. Tap a topic to open it and tap ‹ Settings to go back. Or type in the search box at the top, like leave or check-in, and tap a result to jump straight to that setting.

Schedule

How the schedule looks, and shifts per day

  • Default schedule view: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  • Several shifts per person per day: off by default. While it is off, picking a new shift replaces that day's shift. Switch it on and + Add shift in Week view gives one person a second shift on the same day, as long as the times do not overlap.
  • Schedule visible to all employees: off by default. Switch on if staff should see the whole team's schedule, not just their own.

Check-in & hours

One switch for the whole business

Worth remembering

Show check-in to employees is the master switch for the whole business

Switch it off and the check-in button disappears, shift reminders stop, and calculation falls back to the schedule at once. It cannot be set per person. If your shop does not use check-in, leave it off and everything follows the sent schedule.

  • Report Calculation Mode: schedule based or check-in based. Choosing check-in based switches check-in on for staff at the same time.
  • Who approves time corrections: tick the owner and managers who get the correction card on LINE and may approve it. At least one person, and the list only appears while check-in is on.
  • Check-in reminders: a LINE message five minutes before a shift starts and before it ends. Needs check-in on.

Pay

The pay period

  • Payroll frequency: monthly, or half-months 1 to 15 and 16 to end. With half-months, Thai accounts also choose which period the social security deduction comes out of.

Leave

Let staff request leave in the app

  • Show leave to employees: off by default. On, they see their balance and can request leave. Off, you can still add leave for them yourself.
  • Taiwan accounts also get two more: which leave types may be taken by the hour, and the leave year (counted from each person's hire date, or from 1 January).

New staff & what they see

When they join, and after

  • Ask new staff for their details: the welcome card a new joiner receives gets a second button, Fill in my details, for phone, birthday, ID number and, if they want, bank. Owner only.
  • Ask new employees to type their nickname in English: handy for a mixed-language team.
  • Show contract to employees: on by default. They see their own pay, overtime rules and leave quotas on My Contract.

LINE messages

Messages to staff, to you, and to each manager

  • Show teammates in schedule: on by default, so the LINE schedule message shows who is on the same shift.
  • Tomorrow's shift preview: an 8 pm LINE message to each person about tomorrow's shift. On by default, and skipped automatically if you sent a schedule in the previous three hours.
  • Post-shift check-in report: ten minutes after each shift starts, who has checked in and who is missing. Needs check-in on.
  • Evening leave reminder: at 7 pm, if any leave requests are still waiting. Needs Show leave on.
  • Sunday schedule reminder: Sunday at 6 pm, a nudge to have next week's schedule ready. On by default.
  • The last three are set for yourself and separately for each manager. Only the owner sees them.

You

Your language, and this phone

  • Language: the language of your app and of the LINE messages you receive. Staff pick their own language when they join.
  • This phone: dark mode, bigger text and the in-app help tips. Saved on this phone only.
  • Delete Business: at the very bottom, owner only. Closes the business and every staff record; the data itself is kept.
  • A manager with the Settings permission can change almost every topic, but does not see the owner's own messages, sees the approver list read-only, and cannot delete the business.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

I changed the language, but my staff still get messages in the old one.
That is expected. Your language is yours alone. Each employee picks their own language when they join and can change it in their profile.
If I switch check-in off, do I lose the hours?
No. Recorded check-ins stay. The app simply goes back to schedule based calculation from now on.
Where did the Notifications section go?
It is in the LINE messages topic. Everything is still there, just grouped so it is easier to find, or type in the search box.
Where do I rename the business?
In the menu on the left: tap the pencil next to the business or branch name. Owner only.
